Apply to Scalp: Part your hair and apply a small amount of oil directly to your scalp. Use your fingertips to massage the oil gently into your scalp in circular motions. This helps to stimulate blood circulation and promote hair growth.

Apply to Hair: After applying oil to your scalp, distribute the remaining oil evenly throughout the lengths of your hair. Focus on the mid-lengths and ends, as these areas tend to be drier and more prone to damage.

Leave it In: Allow the oil to sit in your hair for at least 30 minutes to an hour, or even overnight for deeper conditioning. You can also cover your hair with a shower cap or towel to trap heat and enhance the oil’s absorption.

Wash Out: After the desired time has passed, shampoo your hair thoroughly to remove the oil. You may need to shampoo twice to ensure all the oil is rinsed out.

Style as Usual: Once you’ve washed out the oil, you can style your hair as usual. Your hair should feel nourished, hydrated, and more manageable.
